The PLC, or "Patrol Leaders' Council", is made up of all the scout leaders. The PLC is the troop's elected and duly appointed governing body. The responsibility of the PLC is to plan, prepare, and present their troop's Scouting program. PLC is open to all scouts/adults who would like to attend, bring suggestions, give feedback, or be a part of the planning process. While scouts with leadership positions are required to attend, we would love to have others there!
Troop 423 & 218 PLC meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm
